Pokemon: Versione Zaffiro is the Italian language edition of Pokémon Sapphire for the Game Boy Advance. Adventure awaits in the Hoenn region as players capture, train, and battle Pokémon to defeat the Elite Four. In this version, players face off against Team Aqua, a criminal organization plotting to expand the oceans by awakening the legendary Pokémon Kyogre.
Like its counterpart Ruby, Sapphire overhauled the series mechanics with the introduction of Double Battles, inherent Abilities, and Natures. It supports 4-player connectivity via the GBA link cable for trading and battling. The game also features the Secret Base system, allowing players to create and decorate their own hideouts in the game world. This Italian version offers the complete Gen III experience for native speakers.
