Dorke & Ymp is a puzzle-adventure platformer for the Super Nintendo (SNES), developed by Swedish studio Norse in the early 1990s. It never launched back then due to a lack of a publisher. Luckily, Piko Interactive tracked down the original programmer, composer, and artists, obtained roughly 50% of the source code, and finished the game on that basis. In the game, players help Dorke and Ymp complete missions for the evil Wizard Master in exchange for magic training. It features over 40 levels, around 10 hours of gameplay, plus new additions like a volcano world, menus, cutscenes, an ending, a password system, and four boss fights designed around the original story. The game has a high difficulty level, making it ideal for players who love a challenge.
