Kunihiro Matsumura Den: Kaitei Saikyou no Rekishi! is a Super Famicom fighting game released by Shouei System and developed by Office Koukan on August 26, 1994. Starring famed Japanese comedian Kunihiro Matsumura as a "karate master" protagonist, the game pits him against seven rivals played by other Japanese comics. It features a unique style and gameplay blending parody fighting action with silly moves like "Piro Piro" and "Bow Bow" dodge techniques. Players use these comedic attacks to beat opponents in versus and story modes. With short post-knockdown invincibility and hard-to-trigger HP recovery on the ground, players face frequent combo attacks, boosting the game’s challenge.
