Dragon Ball Z: Super Butoden 3 is a fighting game released by Bandai on September 29, 1994, for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. As the third entry in the Super Butoden series, it retains the core gameplay of its predecessors, letting players pick classic Dragon Ball Z characters for 1v1 battles. It uses a six-button control scheme, with special moves and combos triggered by button combinations. A split-screen feature keeps both characters visible when far apart. Its roster includes Goku, Goten, Trunks (Future and Teen forms), Majin Vegeta, Gohan, Supreme Kai, Majin Buu, Dabura, and Android 18. It received positive reviews upon release and is regarded as one of the best Dragon Ball Z games on the SNES.
