Mobile Suit V Gundam is a side-scrolling action game released by Bandai on March 11, 1994, for the Super Famicom. Adapted from the anime of the same name, it is set in U.C. 0140 of the Universal Century. As the Earth Federation weakens and colony independence movements rise, the Zanscare Empire emerges and wages war on the Federation. Players take on the role of the protagonist, piloting the LM312V04 Victory Gundam and joining the League Militaire to fight the Zanscare Empire's invasion. The game features 13 missions across multiple locations, from Kasarelia to the Angel Halo. Players use weapons like beam sabers, rifles, vulcan guns, and shields to battle enemy mobile suits and defeat foes to advance the story. Faithfully recreating the anime's mobile suits and settings, it is a great experience for Gundam fans.
