Turn and Burn: No-Fly Zone is a modern jet fighter flight simulation game developed and published by Absolute Entertainment in 1994 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). Players take on the role of an F-14 Tomcat fighter pilot, completing a series of air combat missions from a first-person perspective. You'll take off from an aircraft carrier, execute missions, and land safely. Objectives include shooting down enemy fighters and destroying enemy bases on islands. Three types of missiles and a cannon are available for attacks, each with unique range, accuracy, and speed characteristics. As missions progress, enemy numbers increase, making fuel and ammo management critical. Players can refuel mid-air via a tanker, but must return to the carrier to restock missiles. The game also features a configurable F-14 system menu, allowing adjustments to missiles, the heads-up display (HUD), and more before takeoff.
