The Legends of Owlia is an action-adventure game developed by Gradual Games. First released on the NES in 2016, it was ported to PC in 2017. Inspired by classics like StarTropics, Crystalis and The Legend of Zelda, it follows heroine Adlanniel and her owl companion Tyto as they rescue captured great owls, defeat Mermon the Merman King, and save the Owl Kingdom. The game features 12 enemy types, 5 epic boss fights, 7 fully scrolling world maps, 5 puzzle-filled dungeons, and 8 unique skills for Tyto to aid players on their adventure.
