Super Robot Wars EX, released by Banpresto in 1994, is a pivotal tactical RPG in the 'DC War' saga. Unlike other entries, it focuses on the subterranean world of La Gias and prominently features the original Masou Kishin (Lord of Elemental) units. The game introduced a groundbreaking multi-protagonist system, allowing players to choose between three intersecting storylines: Masaki, Lune, or Shu, each offering a different difficulty level. It also debuted the weapon upgrade system, significantly deepening the strategy. With guest appearances from Aura Battler Dunbine and GoShogun, this title is a must-play for mecha fans.
