The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask is an action-adventure game developed by Nintendo EAD and released for the Nintendo 64 in 2000. As the sixth entry in The Legend of Zelda series and the second with 3D graphics after Ocarina of Time, it is set in Termina, a world similar yet distinct from Hyrule. The story follows Link, who has the powerful magical Majora's Mask stolen by the Skull Kid while chasing him. Warped by the mask's evil power, the Skull Kid sends the moon crashing toward Termina, and Link must stop the disaster within three days. Core gameplay revolves around a three-day time loop, where players manipulate time, collect masks to transform into different races, solve puzzles, complete quests, and save the world. Praised for its unique time mechanics, deep story, and rich content, it is widely regarded as one of the darkest and most distinctive entries in the series.
