Big Mutha Truckers is an open-world racing game developed by UK studio Eutechnyx, first released in 2002 and later ported to multiple platforms including the Nintendo DS. Set in the fictional Hick State County, players take on the role of one of Ma Jackson’s four children, competing in a 60-day "trucker trial" to win the family trucking business inheritance.
In the game, players drive a semi-truck to haul various goods like cell phones and beer between six cities, earning profits by buying low and selling high. Each city has garages, bars, and shops: garages let you repair, refuel, swap trailers, or upgrade your truck; bars provide cargo trading tips; shops handle buying and selling goods.
While driving, players can earn extra cash by ramming other vehicles. Consecutive hits build combos that trigger bonus icons for refuels, repairs, or cash rewards. However, avoid conflicts with police and biker gangs, as they can lead to chases or lost cargo.
The game also features extra challenge missions like point-to-point races, which reward bonus cash upon completion. Overall, Big Mutha Truckers delivers a one-of-a-kind truck driving experience with its unique theme and open-world gameplay.
