Super Smash T.V. is a multidirectional shooter game released by Williams Electronics in 1990. Set in a 1999 futuristic world, players join the ultra-violent TV show "Smash T.V.", aiming to survive deadly arenas and win cash and prizes. With dual-joystick controls, players manage movement and shooting direction simultaneously while fending off enemies from all sides. Defeating enemies grants weapon upgrades, temporary buffs, and prizes like VCRs and toasters. It supports single-player and two-player co-op; players must clear all enemies in each arena to advance. The final challenge is the show host for the grand prize. Known for its high difficulty and fast-paced gameplay, it’s beloved by players.
