It launched exclusively for Japan’s FC platform on September 27, 1991, as the sequel to Nakajima Satoru F-1 Hero. Based on the 1991 F1 season, it features 16 tracks and 3 modes: Warming Up (5-lap single practice on any track), Battle (split-screen races against another player or AI, 1–10 laps), and Grand Prix career mode (qualify top 4 for the main race, earn points by rank, aim for the highest total score). Players can choose from 4 different race cars.
