Kung-Fu Master, known in Japan as Spartan X, is the pioneer of the side-scrolling beat 'em up genre. Loosely inspired by the Jackie Chan film 'Wheels on Meals,' players control Thomas as he ascends the five floors of the Devil's Temple to rescue his girlfriend, Sylvia. Battle through waves of henchmen, knife-throwers, and deadly bosses on each floor. This MM God translation preserves the classic arcade gameplay and simple, addictive controls. It is a foundational piece of gaming history that paved the way for series like Double Dragon and Final Fight.
