JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken is a 1993 Super Famicom (SFC) RPG developed and published by Cobra Team. Based on Part 3: Stardust Crusaders of Hirohiko Araki’s JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure manga, it follows Jotaro Kujo and his allies on a quest to defeat their nemesis DIO.
Players control Jotaro and his team, fighting using their "Stand" powers in first-person turn-based battles. Before each fight, players pick one of five tarot cards to determine their Stand’s luck and abilities. A shop system lets players buy gear and items to boost their party’s strength.
Notably, the game has a different ending from the original manga: the entire main cast survives for a happy conclusion.
As the first game in the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure series, it drew attention and praise from players upon release.
