Secret Scout in the Temple of Demise is a 1991 NES action-adventure game published by Color Dreams. You play as a Boy Scout separated from his troop, trying to get back to civilization. Along the way, you discover the rescue team is actually part of the evil Dr. Demise’s organization. To stop Dr. Demise from taking over the jungle, you must explore ancient temple ruins, find and defeat him. The game has three levels full of deadly traps, enemies, and tricky puzzles. You can kick, jump, and use dynamite to fight enemies. However, its controls and attack range were criticized for being inaccurate, which hurts the overall experience.
