New Super Mario Bros. is a 2.5D side-scrolling platform action game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS in 2006. It first launched in North America on May 15, 2006, then rolled out to Japan, Australia, Europe and other regions.
Players control Mario across 8 worlds with 80 levels, taking on Bowser and Bowser Jr. to rescue the kidnapped Princess Peach.
