Master Chu and the Drunkard Hu is a legendary unlicensed NES action game developed by Joy Van. When a village is cursed by a wicked deity, Master Chu (and Master Hu in 2-player co-op) must set out to save the day. Players must fight through 10 stages, searching for hidden 'Symbols of Harmony' to face each level's boss. Known for its unique mechanics, such as using fans to deflect projectiles and its 'jump with the up button' control scheme, this title is a fascinating example of early third-party development for the Famicom.
