Robo Warrior is a 1987 action-puzzle game developed by Hudson Soft. Players take on the role of Zed, a cyborg warrior tasked with liberating the artificial planet Altair from evil forces. Blending shooting and puzzle elements, the game has players use lasers, high-powered bombs and other weapons to destroy obstacles, defeat enemies, and find hidden items and keys to progress through levels. Presented in a left-to-right perspective, it requires players to complete missions within a time limit while managing limited energy. Some levels demand specific items like the Holy Grail to avoid looping. Its challenging gameplay and varied level design make it a classic NES title.
