The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time is a 1998 action-adventure game released by Nintendo for the N64, and the first 3D entry in the series. Players control Link, who explores the vast land of Hyrule, solves puzzles, fights enemies, and ultimately seals the evil Ganondorf. Played from a third-person perspective, Link’s main weapons include a sword and shield, plus throwing weapons, bombs, and magic spells. It introduced the Z-targeting system, letting players lock onto enemies or objects for precise attacks and interactions. Link can learn and play various melodies on an ocarina to solve puzzles or warp to specific locations. The soundtrack, composed by Koji Kondo, builds a rich immersive atmosphere. Praised for its outstanding design and deep puzzle elements, *The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time* is widely regarded as one of the greatest games of all time.
