Xevious, the pioneering vertical scrolling shooter from Namco, arrives on the GBA as part of the Classic NES Series. Take control of the Solvalou starship to defend Earth against the invading Xevion forces. The game features a unique dual-weapon system: use the 'Zapper' to take down aerial targets and the 'Blaster' to destroy ground-based installations. Spanning 16 varied areas including forests, plains, and rivers, Xevious was famous for its hidden secrets and massive boss ships like the Andor Genesis. Known for its deep lore and challenging gameplay, Xevious set the template for many future SHMUPs. This portable version allows you to enjoy the 1983 arcade hit with perfect accuracy.
